MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY
Georgia Mountain Riders, Inc. provides social and educational opportunities for
women motorcycle enthusiasts and promotes and participates in charitable activities.
There are three categories of membership in Georgia Mountain Riders, Inc.
1. GOLD membership is available to women aged 18 and older. $36.00 per year for new members. GOLD members are entitled to all
privileges available to GMR including voting and holding office.
2. SILVER membership is available to males aged 18 and older who are sponsored into GMR by a GOLD member. $16.00 per year. SILVER
members are entitled to many of the privileges available to GMR except to vote and hold office.
3. BRONZE membership is available to children under age 18 who are sponsored into GMR by a GOLD member. $12.00 per year. BRONZE
members are entitled to many of the privileges available to GMR except to vote and hold office.

GMR members are expected to abide by the GMR Code of Conduct,
attend club meetings and actively support GMR social and charitable activities.

I understand that Georgia Mountain Riders, Inc. cannot assume any responsibility for any aspect of my safety and that if I participate in
any Georgia Mountain Riders, Inc. event I do so voluntarily on my own assessment of my ability, the routes, and all facilities and
conditions; I assume all risk; and I release and hold harmless Georgia Mountain Riders, Inc., their individual members and officers, and
any property owner(s) sponsoring or cooperating with any ride or other event, for any injury or loss to my person or property or any other
person participating in which I may become involved by reason of participation in these activities. I certify that I am in compliance with
State financial responsibility laws regarding the carrying of proper insurance. I agree to indemnify pursuant to GMR Bylaws.
