Code Of Conduct

 

 

  1. All members are responsible for maintaining the good public image of the Organization while at GMR activities or while representing GMR.

 

  1. Members shall not act in any way as to bring discredit to the good reputation of GMR.

 

  1. A member shall not publicly make any statement, in any form of communication, or commit any act, that portrays the Organization, or its members in a negative or unfavorable manner.

 

  1. A member shall not make any statement, in any form of communication that binds the Organization without the explicit consent of the Organization as established within the Bylaws.

 

  1. Members are expected to promote motorcycle safety and to ride responsibly.

 

  1. Members are expected to assess their own riding skill level and always ride within their own limits to ensure safety of self and others.

 

  1. Members shall not consume alcohol or drugs that may impair performance or judgment while participating in GMR rides.

 

  1. Members are expected to actively support GMR club, social and charitable activities.

 

  1. Members shall only use GMR membership list for GMR business and shall not use, disseminate, loan, sell or exchange GMR membership names and addresses for any reason.

 

  1. Any grievance between members shall be directed to the Club President or other Club Officer.

 

  1. Violations of Code of Conduct rules may result in membership termination. This will be decided according to Article II, Section 4 of GMR Bylaws.  Violations to Items 5, 6, and 7 of the Code of Conduct will be decided according to Article 4, Section 5 of GMR Bylaws.
